According to Mehr reporter, Jamal Zarei told reporters on Sunday evening: With the commissioning of the third flour factory, the daily production capacity of flour in the province has reached 9,000 bags. General Director of Grains and Commercial Services of Bushehr province, stating that this amount of production meets the needs of the people, said: This flour factory was closed 20 days ago due to some technical problems and legal issues. Zarei added: During the 20-day shutdown of this flour factory, the capacity of 2 other factories was used by activating the night shift for production in order to prevent disruptions in meeting the needs of the province. He said that now this factory accounts for one third of the production of Bushehr province and added:
This factory has settled 13,000 bags of flour that it owed to other factories. The general director of grain and commercial services of the province stated: The flour production capacity of the province is 9,000 bags per day, and only a part of the needs of the bakeries that need type 2 flour is supplied from other provinces. He stated that the distribution of flour at the level of bakeries across the province is being done well, and said: Currently, none of the cities have any problems in this field.
