We mix instant dough, eggs, sugar, salt, liquid oil and milk or water.
First, pour half of the flour. Mix well with hand or mixer.
Pour the other half little by little until a good dough is obtained.
If it sticks to your hands, add a little flour.
Pour a little oil on the dough and leave it in a warm place to rise.
45 minutes to an hour is enough.
Put the sesame seeds in a bowl
In another container, we mix date juice (grape juice or black honey) with a glass of water.
We clean and slightly grease the working surface.
The method of wrapping Turkish poison bread dough
Divide the dough into equal parts. (I made 6 parts)
We open the dough as far as we can, approximately 80 cm
We wrap the fork in the middle.
At the end, we put the two ends of the thick bread dough together in the same way.
We put the bread in a spatula and pour the juice all over the dough with a mixing spoon.
We roll both sides of the bread in sesame seeds.
We put oil paper on the bottom of the tray and put the breads in the tray.
Place the tray in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
We light the high flame (grill) until the bread becomes golden.
When we take it out of the oven, we put it on a clean sheet so that it does not dry out.
