Have you ever tried this interesting and delicious bread? If your answer is no, I recommend that you try it once.
Bread dough recipe: 550 grams of Altin wholemeal flour
Yeast dough 120 grams
Cold water 650 grams
Salt 15 grams
100 grams of cold water
17 grams of olive oil
First of all, we mix half of some lukewarm water with yeast and leave it aside for ten minutes until the action takes place and it puffs up a bit.
Now we mix the flour, salt, and the leavened dough together and stir with a spoon until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs.
Then, little by little, we add the rest of the water and knead the mixture with our hands until we get a soft dough that does not stick to our hands. (with a clean hand that is not stained with paste)
Now cover the dough with a cloth and leave it in a warm place for an hour until it doubles in size
Then we add fresh vegetables, onions, tomatoes, capsicum and olives or any other seasonings on the dough, grease it with olive oil and put it in a preheated oven at 240 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
